Is there a Wordpress plugin or something where I can choose which pages show up on my home page?
I want to choose specific posts to show up on my home page, not just my recent ones. Or even a specific category.
FrontPage Manager can address your issue )I know for sure you can call a specific category to your homepage with it)
It is a free plugin, just search for it in your plugin settings in the dashboard.

Download the ‘WP Hide Post’ plugin. This will give you multiple possibilities, as to choosing a post not to show up in certain places on your website, choosing a post to show up all the time on your homepage etc.
