The Coast Starlight #11 was 6 1/2 hours late into Chico today. Apparently, there was some damage done to the PPC due to a fallling tree.The PPC was then placed in the rear and hauled to the repair shop in LA. I really don’t have a firm explanation, just hearsay from passengers and some railfans.
